Design brief:

Create a brand identity and website design for North Node, a space to gather for events, workshops, movement, and healing in Kingston, NY. The focus is on communicating the spirit of coming together IRL. Branding visual should evoke a feeling of earthiness, tactility infused with a futuristic mysticism that feels non-binary. Not feminine nor masculine, or both.

“I wanted to invest in branding; this is a service that’s very subtle. It’s helping people to experience their inner world.. and that’s a little bit tricky to communicate. Visual becomes important to imbue it with meaning and give a vibe and mood. That’s why I chose to work with Kathy at Bright Matters Studio. Because she understands the whole idea of visual language.”
